Hyd’s nutrition brand Earthful raises Rs 3.3 cr

Hyderabad: City-based Earthful, a direct-to-consumer plant-based nutrition brand has raised an investment of $4 lakh (Rs 3.32 crore) in pre-seed funding round from Green Ivy Ventures and other investors such as Abhishek Goyal of Tracxn, Jayant Paleti of Darwinbox, and Brij Bhushan of Magicpin, also participated in the round. Earthful’s flagship product range includes plant multivitamins for teens, adults and elderly, across genders.
The products are available on the brands website and other online marketplaces, wherein more than 70-80 per cent of the sale comes from their own website. Veda Gogineni, Co-Founder, Earthful, said: “We are delighted to have received the investment which will help us invest in research and development, build omni-channel distribution and expand our team.” Gogineni further informed that Earthful is disrupting the fast- growing nutraceutical market in India which is pegged to reach $18 billion by 2025.
